It is weird and wonderful to look back on a year full of new amazing experiences. 2015 is the year that I started my internship on Curacao. I visited many lovely places, kind people and eye-opening experiences made me a lot ‘richer’. This challenging period also made me realize how lucky I am having such a great supportive family and lots of friends. Even though some friends and family travelled to Curacao to visit me, I was all by myself during Christmas holidays.

ik heb een van de lokale souvenirs makers mogen bezoeken Dutch Antilles Ceramics. Eve Cloose begon al meer dan 30 jaar geleden met haar bedrijf Dutch Antilles Ceramics. Dutch Antilles Ceramics is niet zomaar een bedrijf dat simpele souvenirs maakt, Eve Cloose produceert unieke souvenirs gemaakt van keramiek in eigen werkplaats en ook nog helemaal zelf.

Ziet het voor u: u bent net aangekomen op het altijd zonnig en tropisch Curacao, u bent lekker gesetteld en heeft de spullen uitgepakt. Nu bent u helemaal klaar voor de heerlijke vakantie. Maar er zijn op Curacao meer stranden om te bezoeken op Curacao, het ene mooier dan de ander.
Om het u gemakkelijk te maken heb ik een top 5 gemaakt van de stranden die mij het meest hebben aangesproken tijdens mijn periode op Curacao.

Er zijn maar liefst 42 stranden die ik bezocht heb in 5 maanden, dit is dus niet alles!

When I prepared for my internship a couple of months ago I had not in mind writing my own blogs at this time, neither visiting all these astonishing places on Curacao. Here I am, almost at the end of my placement.  A lot of interesting places came on my path. You can imagine expenses will rise substantially. But, this tropical island has a lot of beautiful spots where you will not have to pay a dime to see the beauty of it.

finally I arrived in Stockholm last monday. I came by highspeed train from Falkenberg, via Göteborg. I stayed a few hours in Göteborg before heading to Stockholm.
