Jump in – jump up Curacao party

During the carnival season in Curacao “Jump in & up” events will take place. These events are often organized by local companies like for instance Kooyman and ACU. Other Jump in are organized by private groups or Carnival groups. (Carnival groups: those participating in the parade).

There are 2 Jump additions;
The Jump in; this is on 1 location, for example on a parking lot of in a party center.
The Jump up; this on has a route in the streets of Curacao. As not everybody can get a permit for a Jump Up – the Jump In is a good option.

What the Jumps have in common. The will be music, drinks and a lot of dancing.
During the parades will Tumba be the music played. During the Jump up/In  the Tumba will be varied with other high dance quality music.
Throughout parades the groups will be dressed in costumes. But during Jump Up/In the participants get a shirt for the fee paid as the entrance ticket.

Either way or whatever and however you choose to celebrate Carnival on Curacao; it will be a great party with lots of music and fun!
